Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at naturardi@gmail.com.
Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and remain the customer’s responsibility.
We want you to love your Naturardi experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Contact us at naturardi@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If approved, we’ll send instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email naturardi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund the item right away—no return needed in most cases.
